Oshîë-enê Fêqê (/hɘ/ /ˈenɘ/ [violet] [land; ground; soil; dust; clay]) is a subtropical Town located in the Jithêmênë Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Oshîë-enê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Oshîë-enê Fêqê was founded by Brêb Glêtesho, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Oshîë-enê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Oshîë-enê Fêqê receives an average of 291 cm/y (114 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Oshîë-enê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6734 m (-20856 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Oshîë-enê Fêqê was founded durring the early 16th century in summer of the year 1524, by Brêb Glêtesho. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Brêb Glêtesho.
Oshîë-enê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Oshîë-enê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Oshîë-enê Fêqê is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of premissive carved bedrock streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Oshîë-enê Fêqê's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The town's top tier civilian fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
